Admitted in 1990 to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, James Coelho commenced practice in the Sydney Central Business District (CBD). He moved his legal practice to the northern suburb of Epping in 2006 to avoid the daily commute to the CBD and within a year found that his Sydney CBD clients were comfortable instructing him via the internet, telephone and the occasional visit to his offices in Epping. He has a very busy and dynamic legal practice regularly adopting new technology and best practices for the benefit and convenience of his clients.

Born in Malaysia, he immigrated to Canberra, Australia during his school years and has retained a working knowledge of Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malaysia. He enjoys a swim and badminton for fitness and lives in Sydney. James is a graduate of the Australian National University.
